Front Operations Officer

 

Department: District 21

 

Responsibilities

  • Manages the day-to-day Front Operations daily duties.
  • Ensure the user adheres to the workstation safety.
  • To attend customers’ needs and to provide excellent customer service.
  • To disseminate information on what is going on in the park e.g. parties, corporate events or school groups.
  • Participates in all training and performs all other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum SPM with related working experience

 

Responsibilities

  • To assist in setting up an effective lease administration filing system, maintaining and updating all leasing records.
  • To record enquiries on shop space availability and redirect enquiries to Leasing Executive for further actions.
  • To answer calls on behalf of the department when department team are not around.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Good command of verbal and written English. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Possess a positive attitude and people oriented.

 

TECHNICIAN M & E / WIREMAN

 

Responsibilities

  • To support mall operation.
  • To troubleshoot electrical defects.
  • To plan and carry out equipment maintenance and ad-hoc trouble shooting in which must adhere to all safety rules during maintenance.
  • To do new wiring for lights, pumps and meter panels.
  • To replace mall lights, façade light and toilet defects lights.
  • To review station panels for AHU, FCU and pump central.

 

Requirements

  • Must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
  • Preferably non-executive specialized in maintenance and repair
  • Willing to perform shift work
  • With or without experience as training is provided
  • Good communication skills and team work

 

 

Responsibilities

  • To provide direction and leadership in guiding housekeeping firms’ supervisors in allocating work and roster duties for personnel and ensure efficient time management to maximize productivity.
  • To coordinate with other departments in performing work requirements as and when required.
  • To liaise with all tenants on cleanliness/ pest control or housekeeping matters.
  • To ensure cleanliness of the mall is in satisfying condition to management standards.
  • To ensure legal compliance of all job requirements and related status.
  • Responsible for housekeeping operations of the mall and office towers.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma qualification in any field
  • At least one (1) year related working experience in the cleaning or housekeeping industry would be an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently under minimum supervision
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Experience working in a mall/retail environment would be an added advantage
  • Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.

Department: Icescape Ice Rink

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the cashier and make sure all processes and procedures regarding the handling with cash and credit cards is according to the Company Policies.
  • Attend to customer complaints, enquiries and provide information on procedures and policies.
  • Compute and record totals of transactions.
  • Count money in cash drawer at the beginning of shifts.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers.
  • Process merchandise returns and exchanges.
  • Monitor checkout stations to ensure that they have adequate cash available.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM with related working experience and good with calculation
  • Pleasant personality and appearance, independent and self-motivated
  • Possess good communication skills and good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to perform shift work and work during weekends and public holidays

 

Responsibilities

  • To assist in conceptualization of leasing plan & strategies.
  • To assist in planning, organizing, monitoring & the effective implementation of the leasing plan.
  • To constantly look out for the latest retail concept/brands/products & services and to continuously review the tenant mix to ensure relevancy & good fit with prevailing market condition & leasing plan.
  • To do prospecting for new lease.
  • To vet and handle leasing enquiries and make necessary recommendation.
  • To undertake tenancy negotiations for few tenancies, renewals or termination of tenancy, recommend terms & conditions as per the leasing plan & budget and assist in formalizing letters of offer and agreements.
  • Ensure all agreements and documents are properly documented.

 

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Property Development/Real Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Good command of verbal and written English. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant nature, mature and positive working attitude
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
